Recruitment Internship  

Your Responsibilities:

1. Support in execute end-to-end recruitment process, starting inputting the manpower request forms up to on-boarding session including but not limited to writing job postings, managing applications, pre-screening, scheduling, interviewing, and communicating with candidates and ensuring timely follow-up and conclusion of the recruitment process.
2. Handling and maintaining a large number of data including applicant tracking history and talent pool data-base.
3. Support hiring managers and HR with the recruitment and selection of leaders, specialists and co-workers to IKEA.
4. Support in developing sources of candidates and providing best quality of candidates to hiring managers.
5. Maintain good relationship to all people in all levels of management across the organizations.
6. Enhancing IKEA’s employer branding strategies and initiatives.
7. Assist clearance process by executing the exit interview.

Your Profiles:

1. Have a strong sense to details and be meticulous.
2. Taking initiatives, and having strong follow up actions.
3. Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time simultaneously.
4. Experienced in handling and managing database.
5. Good analytical and numerical skills.
6. High integrity with personal values.
7. Ability to work in team-oriented environment with the ability to accomplish common and individual goals
8. Ability to communicate confidently and clearly with various audiences both verbally and in writing.
9. Business understanding and a background with the customer in focus.
10. Fluent in English ( written and verbal skills)
11. Available for 6 months period of internship.
12. Willing to work by following WFH and WFO pattern.
13. Willing to work in Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
