Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Contribute to a seamless Customer experience in all IKEA touch points by understanding customers’ surveys and KPIs and contribute to connect them with business potential.
- Supports the stores and SO functions during budgeting, follow-up & forecast processes of the Financial Business Plan process.
- Support the pricing, commercial planning, goal setting, forecasting and follow-up throughout the commercial year cycle.
- Monitor the gross margin components and support the commercial team and the units by helping them to navigate through relevant reports, analysis and follow-ups.
- Contribute to the development of business navigation competence and promote business thinking throughout the own function as well as the rest of the organisation.
- Provide relevant, user-friendly business information, promoting standardised reporting and securing competence in the organisation to allow for analysis and understanding of performance to make optimal business decisions.
- Having the full understanding of the Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements to steer actions to deliver target and growth.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Degree in Business/Finance/Economics or related field.
- Good overview of IKEA operations.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Understand general accounting principles and guidelines.
- Strategic business partner, with analytical skills able to translate business needs into financial consequences and solutions.
- Build network and relationship builder both within and outside of the own organization.
- Strong sense of urgency and result orientation.
- Good analytical skills
