Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Manage an excellent employee – employer relationship.
- Handling and being responsible on employment contracts.
- Provide and maintain HR policies and guidance comply with the regulation.
- Arrange employee facilities (e.g.: lockers) and any employee activities.
- Arrange pre-employment & annual MCU, and other medical attention.
- Maintain and improve HRIS, time off, and employee records.
- Coordinate, assist, and support other departments related to HR process.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Interest in people’s everyday life at home and in home furnishing.
- Have at least 3 year experiences in Human Resources field.
- Good knowledge of labour law, manpower regulation, HR policies, procedures, rules and SOP.
- Advanced computer skills, and being meticulous in administrative tasks.
- Takes personal initiative, and experienced in problem solving.
- Possess a positive attitude and self-motivated.
- Ability to work individually as well as in a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in local language and English.
- Have a high analytical thinking, ability to change, and to work systematically.
- Ability to prioritise daily tasks based on need and volume and work under pressure.
