Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Quickly learn technical materials about the product to effectively train the client to use Bridge Solutions.
- Identify the client’s concerns through root-cause analysis.
- Maintain positive relationships and effectively communicate with corporate clients.
- Oversee and ensure successful onboarding of clients for the company’s cloud-based solutions.
- Answer client’s inquiries and questions related to the use of Bridge system and solutions.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Has at least 3 years work experience in customer service preferably from the BPO industry
- Has experience in managing corporate accounts/clients
- Can communicate well
- Experience in UAT and Project Management is an advantage
