Miêu Tả Về Công Việc

  • Promotes new product to existing customers and untapped market
  • Reactivates old and dormant clients
  • Executes promotional and strategic marketing activities
  • Maintains and enhances customer relationship and client management
  • Follows up on new leads and referrals
  • Establishes and maintains current client and potential client relationships
  • Identifies and resolves client concern
  • Prepares a variety of status report that includes day-to-day activity, closings, follow-ups and goal expectations
  • Successfully achieves daily, weekly, monthly and annual sales goals set by Top Level Management
  • Attends to customer needs in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provides answer to customer queries regarding products and services
  • Participates in sales-related activity as required by the Center
  • Briefs customers on the correct usage of products, Center brochures and other collaterals
  • Performs center tour of products and services

Sales

  • Creates leads and to develop on-going business relationships with our clients
  • Handles ‘after sales service’ and Client Loyalty Programs
  • Closes the sale based on the programs prescribed by the center’s physicians
  • responsible for the creation, implementation and execution of Action Sales Plan
  • Generates and maintains a credible forecast for accounts and territories and provide this information on a regular basis to Senior Management
  • Serves as the primary customer contact for medical and service issues for the accounts and territories assigned
  • Presents a basic pitch offering of Center services

Accounts

  • Handles customer feedback received via all channels proactively in accordance with the Center’s service standards and policies
  • Track and compiles Customer Feedback Report on a monthly basis
  • Attends to all inquiries of existing clients and customers in an efficient and professional manner
  • Audits and provides recommendation to manage client expectation and fit the needs of each customer
  • Provides operational and administrative support from time to time
  • Checks on client/ customer on a regular basis
  • Develops and maintains a professional relationship with all clients/ customers

Trình độ tối thiểu

  • Must have Account Management experience in a medical or healthcare industry
  • At least 1-year work experience in related field
  • A Graduate of any four-year course
  • Male or Female
  • Pleasing Personality
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule
