- Plans and coordinate the work of buyers and purchasing agents
- Identifies and evaluated suppliers
- Arrange and monitor schedule of transfer, delivery and purchase of materials
- Identifies and develops strategies for addressing logistical barriers
- Ensures smooth, effective and efficient project operation with respect to purchase, delivery, receiving and general inventory of materials
- Other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time

- Must be a holder of Bachelor's Degree
- With at least 5 years experience as Procurement in Telco industry
- Keen to details
- With strong background in procurement
- Can easily work with team
- Good negotiation skills with suppliers
