- Develops and executes marketing plans and programs, both short and long range to support sales and revenue objectives of the organization.
- Researches, analyzes and monitors financial, technological and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize effects of competitive activity.
- Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
- Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
- Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
- Develops and recommends pricing and discount schemes as needed.
- Directs channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
- Assigns sales territory to sales representatives.
- Delivers sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales representatives.
- Advises dealers, distributors, and clients concerning sales and advertising techniques.
- Analyzes sales statistics to formulate policy and assist dealers in promoting sales.
- Recommends product simplification and standardization to eliminate unprofitable items from sales line.
- Represents company at trade association meetings to promote the products.
- Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
- Coordinates liaison between sales department and other sales-related units.
- Analyzes and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.
- Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
- Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related course.
- With at least five (5) years relevant experience in Sales in Managerial Capacity
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- With a good presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Product knowledge in tires or related field is a must.
- With excellent planning and organizational skills.
