Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Demonstrate how to carry out various excercises and routines.
- Watch client do excercises and show or tell them correct techniques to minimize injury and improve fitness.
- Give alternative excercises during workouts or classes for different levels of fitness and skills.
- Monitor clients progress and adapt program as needed.
- Explain and enforce safety rules and regulations on sports, recreational activites, and the use of excercise equipment.
- Give client information or resources about nutrition, weight control, and lifestyle issues.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's/ College degree or a Professional license in Physical Therapy or Physiotherapy with valid PRC license.
- At least 2 years of work experience as a Fitness Instructor.
- Preferably with hospital experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Experience and knowledge in Kinesis machine is definitely a plus.
- Preferably with Certification of Continuing Professional Development/ Continuing Education Unit.
- Pleasing personality and physically fit.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules (no graveyard).
