Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Coordinates with supplier in terms of price, payment terms, and lead time.
- Oversees compliance of suppliers in terms of price, payment terms, lead time.
- Ensure suppliers records are accurate and up to date.
- Supervise, assist, guide , coach, discipline, motivate and evaluate team member's performance.
- Responsible in measurement monitoring, reporting of KPI individual and team.
- Responsible for creating control to avoid or minimize operating costs
- Create, reviews, revise, department policies, procedure and guidelines when deemed necessary.
- Trains the team members.
- Compiles with company policies and procedure and guidelines.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's in college Business administration, Marketing, Management, economic or operations management
- At least 4- years of working experience in related field is required for this position.
- Preferably supervisor with at least 5 years experience specializing in purchasing/ inventory/materia & warehouse management or equivalent
- Full time position available
- Applicant must be willing to work in Quezon City
