Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Review and advises management on legal implications of internal policies and procedures.
- Coordinate closely with legal entities to represent the company or its leaders in various legal proceedings,
- formulates, drafts, and ensures that contract review is done in accordance to corporate policy.
- Maintains the contract database and ensures timely renewal and contract negotiations.
- Attends to/ Monitor litigation cases.
- Assists Cliens teams in their legal needs.
- Assists team head in administrative duties.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Lawyer- Passed Philippine Bar Examination
- At least 10 years experience in a Law Firm, 5 years experience in property development
- Excellent knowledge / strong background in corporate law, regulations, contract preparation and review.
- Excellent in negotiations skills
- Highly organized, precise with work, analytical and keen on details
