- Ensures effective and timely delivery of HR services to client teams in the areas of resourcing, learning and development, employee relations and compensation and benefits administration.
- Leads in the effective implementation of end-to-end recruitment process including but not limited to identifying new and innovative ways to recruit and retain new talent.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College in in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- With at least 3 years work-related experience in general HR is required for this position.
- Excellent client and consulting skill
- Can manage multiple conflicting priorities
- Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence across a broad range of people and teams.
- Exposure to and knowledge of a diverse range of HR facets including resourcing, learning and development, total rewards, employee relations and HR administration.
