Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Plans project on-site activities related to the assigned discipline including necessary local resources, equipment and milestones.
- Coordinate agreement between customer and external resources on construction targets, health and safety requirements, site organization and policy.
- Serves as a project representative by building and maintaining effective relationships with customers as well as other local organizations such as authorities, and suppliers to ensure their active support of field activities.
- Manages the sub-contractors on site to ensure necessary quality and progress achieved to meet delivery date and agreed standards.Ensures correct handling, storage and installation of delivered equipment,
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer;
- Have an experience in HVAC/Water Treatment Facilities/Equipment Maintenance;
- Willing to do field work;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Will be reporting in Alabang, Muntinlupa City;
