Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Responsible in various HR and admin functions in the site including: recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, labor relations, training.
- Performs end to end recruitment.
- In charge of facilitating ER activities and other company events.
- Implements and monitors compliance to company policies and guidelines.
- Works closely with operations to ensure that there is a harmonious relationship within the site.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Must be a graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, Social Science, Behavioral Science, Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 3-years experience in General HR.
- At least 1-year experience in volume/mass hiring.
- Exposure in Admin function is an advantage.
- Amenable to work in 3rd floor Robinsons Cybergate Mall, F. Osmeña Highway, Cebu City.
