- Attends to customer's concerns via telephone, e-mail, chat and social networking sites (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc).
- Handles requests within the standard service quality set by the company.
- Resolves customer complaints.
- Adheres to agreed process, meeting required work standards, targets and objectives.
- Provides customer satisfaction.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Finished at least 2-years in college or completed a vocational course;
- Must have an experience in Non Voice account (e-mail/ chat or social networking sites);
- Good to excellent communication skills;
- Must be flexible and a team player;
- Amenable to work in Robinsons Otis, Paco, Manila.
