Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Assists the QAT Manager in identifying training needs.
- Plans, develops and delivers training courses.
- Prepares, develops and carry out practical and theoretical training work as directed.
- Handles orientation and probation training of staff.
- Visits any establishment within the county to give workplace training as directed.
- Adheres to existing working practices, methods, procedures, undertake relevant training and development activities and to respond positively to new and alternative systems.
- Maintains confidentiality and observe data protection and associated guidelines where appropriate.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Quality Control/Assurance/Training or equivalent.
- Must be proficient in Cebuano Dialect.
- Willing to be assigned in Paco, Manila
