Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Does account and membership management using various channels (as assigned - phone, email, social, others)
- Performs Loyalty System defined functions as indicated in the profile access matrix for CC
- Does data entry and membership fulfillment (cards) related activities
- Assist customers (member/non-member) on concerns defined as Act-On, Gather & Educate
- Calls out customers (member/non-member) affected by any loyalty system related issues
- Follows strict compliance to all customer verification procedures (e.g. VAIIG) to reduce any risk
- Takes responsibility and accomplish any other tasks assigned by supervisor
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Finished at least 2 years in college
- At least 6 months call center experience
- Background in travel account or non-voice account (e-mail/chat support, social media) is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Amenable with rotating/split rest day
- Willing to be assigned in Paco, Manila
