Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Will conduct market research and look for potential partners for the company
- Contact businesses by telephone / email in order to solicit sales by introducing products or services
- Identify the business to a sales lead
- Obtain names and telephone numbers of suspects from sources such as telephone directories, magazine reply cards, and lists purchased from other organizations
- Nurture a marketing lead to a sales lead by developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with the suspects/prospects, and maintaining them over time
- Maintain records of contact information and marketing database
- Answer telephone calls from suspects who have been solicited through sales activities
- Responsible for establishing good relationships with clients
- Assigned to get client’s commitment in setting an appointment with the field representatives of the company
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Minimum 2 years of College / 2-yr vocational course (any course)
- Have at least 6 months telemarketing experience
- Enjoy the challenge of telemarketing
- Can build relationships with potential clients and turn them into sales leads
- Good to excellent communication and analytical skills
- Excellent customer service skills and orientation
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications especially Word and Excel
- Having a call center experience with minimal upselling is a PLUS
- Amenable to work on graveyard shift (9pm – 6am) Mon - Fri WEEKENDS OFF
- Agreeable to be assigned in Paco, Manila
- Enjoy being part of a team in a busy environment
