- Must have experience in Inbound, Outbound, Emails, Chats, Voicemail, Ticketing
- Providing 1st and 2nd Line Technical Support
- Software to Hardware Support to Provider
- Dealing with the clients
- Troubleshooting in MS Apps, Outlook, Office 365, directories , Excel, Word
- Active Directory (creating usernames, resetting passwords etc.)
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- At least 2 years of the College experience
- Must at least have 1 year of Service Desk experience
- Knowledge in MS Office, 365, Sharepoint, Active Directories
- Ticketing Software (Remedy, etc)
- Installation
- Average to Excellent Communication and Comprehension Skills
