- Documentation (UAT scripts, user’s manuals, flowcharting/business systems procedures, business requirements, tech specs)
- Facilitate communication between IT, testers and business stakeholders to ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.

Trình độ tối thiểu
- Should have extensive experience in overall Business Process.
- 1-3 yrs. experience or more;
- At least 1year working experience in Business Process Mapping, Release Mgt., and Technical Risk Management.
- Automation testing experience includes script creation, execution and defects management.
- Ability to independently create/script test cases.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
