Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Preparation of short-term/long-term targets, plans, programs and strategies for the Department.
- Management of programs/projects/events (PPEs) involving the end-to-end process of project management to achieve set goals and budget.
- Co-development of budget for proposals, in coordination with Finance, to ensure excellent customer service and profitability.
- Assignment of project team to be involved in a PPE; discusses goals and requirements.
- Maintenance of process guidelines and monitoring mechanisms for PPEs for risk management purposes.
- Conduct of telemarketing activities to hit set goals for participants in a PPE.
- Procurement, distribution and inventory of collaterals for a PPE and supplies and materials for the office.
- Stage set-up and provision of other logistical requirements for PPES.
- Marketing of events from clients database/industry database thru telemarketing.
- Marketing and production of training programs, including maintaining training consultant relationship and provision of administrative requirements during conduct of a training program.
- Maintenance of internal and external linkages.
