Network Operations Center Shift Lead  

The NOC Shift Lead shall be responsible for the daily supervision of the NOC to ensure that all contractual requirements are met.

• Male/female
• At least 3 years experience in managing an NOC or a service desk function
• Functional understanding of network support, systems administrations and database activities.
• Reports generation with proficiency in Microsoft products including advance Excel and Power point.
• Working experience in supporting 24x7 mission critical network and server operations with familiarity to Ticketing system.
• Adaptability to changing project and departmental priorities.
• Able to work in shifting schedule and overtime, when necessary
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong team orientation, open-minded and able to listen to other’s ideas
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
