- Supervise overall planning systems, financial management, and control.
- Organize and enhance efficiency support services by ameliorating functions and coordinating communication between business and support functions or team.
- Work with members to establish critical goals or other key performance indicators and aid the colleagues in achieving their goals.
- Advocate co-workers' needs and issues cross-departmentally.
- Make things work - see something broken, fix it.
- Take care of organizing office supplies and products.
- Know other employees' schedules for flight or work.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in Business Operations, or in a related field involving sufficient organizational skills.
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Marketing and/or Design experience.
- Proficient in Zendesk, Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, Google Apps, Jira, and Confluence.
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Fluent in English and also in either one of the following:
- Mandarin
- Tagalog
- Korean
- Ability to carry out multiple tasks.
- Proven ability to manage schedules including your own.
- Enthusiastic about and interested in cyber security.
- Make sure that daily operation of the organization runs smoothly.
- Detail-oriented and analytical.
- Strong team player and a self-starter.
- Thrives in a multitasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly.
- Driven: No one needs to push you to excel - it’s just who you are.
- Eager to learn, adapt, and perfect your work.
- You seek out help and put it to good use.
- Willing to dedicate the time required to take a startup to the next level.
