  • Serves as the POC for the ER facet, guiding other HR Associates
  • Maintain Employment Policies
  • Conducts New Employee Orientation and explains Company Policies for compliance
  • Handles employee relations and engagement activities
  • Serves as designated expert on the interpretation of HR Policies and Philippine labor law
  • Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect improvements and efficiency of departments
  • Ensures due process is consistently followed
  • Handling disciplinary actions, employee intervention, employee investigation/s
  • Reports generation
  • Investigates and resolves Employment/Labor Relations cases by working with employees, Management, and Operations.
  • Handles post-employment clearances and online exit interviews of former employees of the Company.
  • Assists in representing the Company to a number of proceedings at the NLRC.
  • Other tasks / functions that may be assigned by the Company as per business requirement. These may change from time to time to reflect the changing requirement of your position and our business.

Trình độ tối thiểu

  • Business or Management Degree preferred
  • Amenable to working shifting schedules
  • Sound Leadership and Project management skills
  • Good organizing and planning skills to manage the routine business activities with the capability to set clear and smart objectives
  • Able to make business decision with quantified justifications
  • Able to work with internal and external parties including but not limited to Corporate Client, vendors and internal team members;
  • Solutions-oriented team player who takes initiative and is accountable for results
  • Detail, Solution-oriented and process-oriented thinker with strong analytical skills
  • Good command in oral and written English, with strong inter-group action and good communication
