Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Receives payments, releases approved petty cash, deposits cash/checks, releases city agents' rebates.
- Receives payments from city/provincial agents and advertisers and issues official receipts for currency and current check payments.
- Summarizes remittances, prepares deposit slips, reconciles daily collection report, summary of expenses worksheet.
- Prepares corresponding deposit slip for current checks received and ascertains validity of checks.
- Reconciles Daily Collection Reports with the amount received.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- College graduate with background in Accounting or Finance
- 2 to 3 years experience in similar field
- Basic knowledge of different bank transactions
- Knowledge of basic computer operations
- Accounting skills, interpersonal skills
- Computer skills, ability to prepare reports
