- Courteously attends to patients’ queries, needs, and concerns so that they will receive utmost care, guidance
- Registers new patients and updates existing patient demographics by verifying patient’s information details.
- Encodes patient’s details and test requests with absolute accuracy.
- Checks and verifies correctness of information; encoded test request
- Verifies patient’s diet restrictions including intake of drugs and prudently interviews patient’s medical history
Trình độ tối thiểu
- A graduate of any 4-year course
- With at least 6-months relevant experience
- Must be good in communication skills both (oral and written), keen to details, well organized and can work under pressure
- Must be computer literate
