- Analyzes customer requirement to provides proper direction prior in getting queuing number and gives information needed ie. Product services and promos/packages.
- Ensures a safe working environment for all colleagues and customers.
- Provides optional level of customer services and maintain professionalism to resolve all customer issues.
- Manage all communications with customer and raise-up complex issues to Supervisor.
