Duties and Responsibilities
1. Courteously attends to patients’ queries, needs and concerns
2. Registers new patients and updates existing patient demographics by verifying patient’s information details.
3. Encodes patient’s details and test requests with absolute accuracy.
4. Checks and verifies correctness of information; encoded test request (test code), source (account name)
5. Verifies patient’s diet restrictions including intake of drugs and prudently interviews patient’s personal

• Candidate must be a graduate any 4 year course preferable with medical background
• At least one year work experience as a customer service or reception cerk in a diagnostic or hospital setting
• IV training preferably with Phlebotomy certificate / Basic Life Support / First Aid
• Very good extraction skills both for adults and kids. Good communication skills
