Responsibilities:
Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions; ensure legal requirements compliance.
Duties:
- Develops a system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; defining bookkeeping policies and procedures.
- Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
- Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.
- Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries.
- Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
- Maintains historical records by filing documents.
- Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
- Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Advento Builders Corporation was formed primarily to engage in construction activities including feasibility studies, procurement, construction and project management, and other related activities.
The company's humble beginning started in 1987 as a professional architectural firm under Arch. Hernando Advento. It underwent different transformations before specializing as a design-build firm taking individual contracts under the architect's name. In 2003, Hernando Gemanel Advento Design Concept also better known as Advento Design was formally established.
Presently, Advento Design Concept is now known as Advento Builders Corporation. The company was formally incorporated and duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on June 23, 2011 per SEC registration No. 201110838.
The company business operation is located at 31 Violeta Avenue, Violeta Village, Sta. Cruz, Guiguinto, Bulacan as it is when it first started.
