Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Having a strong plan, strategy, and able to setting a goal to gaining followers
- Able to create the best content to engage the community and making pages interactive than before by using any feature on both Facebook & Instagram
- Development of brand awareness and online reputation
- Day to day content management for social media
- Able to handle paid marketing (FB & IG Ads)
- Experience handling copywriting for Digital Ads (FB Ads and Google Ads)
- Compiling social media insights and creating a holistic social media strategy.
- Collaborate with Marketing Team: Graphic Designer, PR and Editors, and others to develop a variety of content marketing materials
- Create persuasive messages, tell compelling stories that generate brand loyalty in followers
- Excellent in performance reporting
- Able to bring our pages to become top of media in social media platform by gaining interaction on both Facebook and Instagram
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Must be senior on leading the team with minimum 3 years experience as a Manager
- Great copy editing skill
- Paid marketing experience is a must
- Proficient in English (writing/speaking)
- Must have basic EYD knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia
- Creative and has ideas for interesting social media campaigns
- Demonstrate good time management and attention to detail
- Able to help the sales team with campaign ideas for clients
- You have a passion for health and health care
- Being a mom is a plus+ (having experience of manage mom community)
- Experience with active community management
