Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
The Property Management Services Associate will be working under the Healthy Options' PMS team. As the PMS Associate, you will be tasked to:
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding purchase orders and requests
- Complete and update required records
- Attend to requests of Healthy Options employees with regards to supplies and other equipment owned by the company
- Research and evaluate on new equipment and techniques that are cost-efficient
- Prepare necessary provisions for newly onboarded employees
- Monitor and complete maintenance and repairs timeously and cost-effectively
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's degree of any course.
- Graduates of Office Administration,Business Administration, or any equivalent course is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Knowledgeable of office management systems and procedures.
- Keen on details and has strong organisational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- NON-SMOKER
