Healthy Options, the country's first and only one-stop shop for organic and natural products, is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst. He or She will be tasked to:
- Develops the Business Units QA System from supplier, incoming materials, in-line production, upto finished goods
- Assists in standarding and improving Organic Farm Business' process flow
- Develops and improves Organic Products safety, shelf-life, packaging, and consumer acceptability through R&D
- Establishes and manages Business Unit's laboratory operation
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Non-Smoker
- BS. Food Technology/BS Agriculture with specialization in Meat Science
- High expertise in meat quality evaluation and developement
- Experience in food product development
- Preferably with experience in post-harvest fresh produce handling
- Preferably knowledgeable in Organic Agriculture
- Has knowledge or experience in meat processing or research
- Knowledgeable in GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000
- Willing to travel across the Metro Manila and Batangas
- Preferably Knows how to drive
- Willing to be assigned in night shifts from time to time
