- Manages office reception area.
- Receives and greets clients and guests.
- Processes all incoming and outgoing calls.
- Acts as a central point between office employees, outside vendors, clients, or guests.
- Receives and dispersed mail and packages to their respective recipients.
- Provides support to the Office of the Managing Director.
- Other administrative and clerical tasks.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's degree of any course
- Graduates of Office Administration, Business Administration, or any equivalent course is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Knowledgeable of office management systems and procedures
- Keen on details and has strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Amiable and has a pleasing personality
- NON-SMOKER
- Willing to work in Libis, QC.
