HEALTHY OPTIONS' Organic Farm Business team is looking for a passionate, driven, innovative and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Manager who shares the same vision and advocacy of the brand.
MARKET AND INDUSTRY ANALYSIS
- Keep abreast with market and industry updates to capitalize on business opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Monitor competitors' products and marketing activities.
- Constant market and industry research (local and global).
REVENUE GENERATION AND MARKETING
- Forecast and achieve category sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to:
- Get the highest possible long term market share.
- Achieve sales forecasts.
- Plan and oversee advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic/social media, etc.
- Develop and recommend product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy.
- Establish and maintain a consistent branding througout all product lines and execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
REPORTING
- Category sales performance vs. targets, analyses and recommendations.
- Effectiveness and results of marketing activities vs. targeted performance measures.
- Industry updates, analyses, and recommendations.
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
- Set team performance goals.
- Manage team performance, development, and morale.
BUDGETING
- Develop, analyze, and control business unit budget.
OTHERS
- Represent the Company at Industry conferences and meetings.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with strategic partners.
- Execute other tasts that may be assigned.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of any College degree, preferably in Business Management or Marketing Management.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing and/or business/product development and implementation.
- Verifiable accomplishment in any of the following:
- Significant increase in revenue or meeting sales and marketing targets through:
- Effective targeted sales and marketing initiatives.
- Sound industry, market and competitor analysis.
- Lower or manage operating costs without compromising product/service quality and business performance.
- Business process improvement and innovation with measurable positive business impact.
- Significant increase in revenue or meeting sales and marketing targets through:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to do field work.
- NON-SMOKER.
