Corporate Planning and Business Development Associate  

Healthy Options is looking for a Corporate Planning and Business Development Associate who will be working with the CPS team for the Warehouse project for 6 months to help the Supply Chain Management team in the following tasks:

• Research and Data Gathering.
  • Assist in consolidating SKU Volumetric for the WMS and other data needed by the provider.
  • Conduct research in the current warehouse operations for the KPI Baselining.
    • Time-and-motion studies
    • Observations
  • Conduct other studies that require further research to improve warehouse operations and logistics, including store visits, Day-in-a-life-of (DILOs), etc.
• Project Dry Run and Implementation.
  • Assist in finalizing new operations model.
  • Assist in the pilot runs and personnel training on the new processes and ways of working.
  • Assist in KPI implementation and tracking.
  • Assist during the critical stage of the project such as:
    • Transition phase.
    • Actual stock transfer.
    • Location scheme implementation.
• Administrative work.
  • Maintain the following databases:
    • Manual Location Scheme.
    • Inventory Analysis.
    • KPI Report.

• Bachelor's degree of any course.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (specially MS Excel).
• Experience in project management.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Keen on details.
• Maintains a healthy lifestyle and is a Non-smoker.
