- Coordinates with Authorized Service Centers regarding their transactions, concerns and other inquiries.
- Monitors the day-to-day transaction and handles documentations and reports.
- Make suggestions on improvements of policies and other procedures and guidelines
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must be posses a Bachelor's College/Degree in Business Studies/Administration, Management, Marketing or equivalent
- Team player and can do multi-tasking
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
