Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Coordinates with external accountants in the preparation and payment of financial statements and other regulatory requirements
- Liaises with the different departments and the management team to determine the monthly/daily/weekly expenses, needs, reimbursements, etc. of each department or team
- Manages the different accounts and takes charge on the following-up and the collection of the accounts receivables and payment of the accounts payable
- Creates and tracks the monthly budget of the Company
- Provides daily cash position
- Makes realistic cash flow projections
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduated with a degree in Accountancy, Finance, or similar courses
- Experienced in working with Quickbooks
- Knowledgeable in GSuite applications such as Google Sheets and Google Forms
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Detail oriented
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Preferably an accountancy board passer
- Experienced in BIR requirements and procedures
