- Responsible for the interview and test administration of applicants and handles company’s Hiring Platform accounts for recruitment purposes.
- Handles orientation and give the new employee a tour to the office facilities.
- Organized and Facilitates company events (e.g. Company Outing, Company Christmas Party, Seminars, Trainings, etc.)
- Responsible for timekeeping and monitoring the daily attendance and itinerary of employees.
- Monitoring and Reporting Employees contracts and performance records
- Makes contracts and other legal letters.
- Responsible on serving show cause memo and disciplinary sanctions to employees.
- Safeguarding, maintaining and updating 201 files and personnel records.
- Has knowledge in compensation and benefits.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology or Business Administration.
- With at least 2 years of experience.
- Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Wiling to work on Makati Area
- Willing to work overtime and on weekend schedule
- Computer literate.
