  • Identifies and helps develops strategic relationships with partners or potential customers;
  • Assists in the development of a strong pipeline of new business opportunities through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting;
  • Works with marketing, sales, and product development teams to implement business development initiatives
  • Conduct cold calls and drop off proposals;
  • Serve as the point of contact for existing and potential customers within a particular territory;
  • Present the company’s products and services to prospective customers, members, and clients;
  • Meet sales quotas assigned to him or her within designated periods of time;
  • Answer customer questions about features, pricing, and additional services pertaining to the company’s products;
  • Collaborate with sales representatives from different territories to share best practices and support a cohesive sales approach;
  • Recommend ways to promote and sell the company’s products;
  • Schedule meetings and conduct closing negotiations and assessment turnovers;
  • Submit End-of-Day Reports using platforms provided by the Department;
  • Plots itineraries and other field work schedules;
  • Seals product deals with potential clients and helps with end-to-end on boarding—which include, but are not limited to: Client Kick-offs, New Member Orientations (NMOs).
  • Assists in making sure that clients under their care are in-compliance with the signed MOA and other Agreement Documents;
  • Completes and Secures Client Documents, Online/Offline Folders, Performance Weekly Reports
  • Meets the individual sales target/activated members within a specified and agreed timeline;
  • Attends alignment meetings, or other report meetings as assigned to him or her;
  • Performs other relevant business development tasks assigned to him or her by his or her immediate superior

Trình độ tối thiểu

  • Must possess a Bachelors’ Degree, preferably on Industrial Psychology, Office Management, Administration or equivalent;
  • Must be computer literate, knows how to use tools such as MS Office, Google Docs;
  • Must have good communication skills;
  • A basic understanding of the Sales Role is preferred;
  • Good organizational, secretarial, and clerical skills;
