Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Responsible for gathering all the units/properties that meet the requirement of the client
- Assist the client during Ocular/Move In/Move Out on the property
- Preparation of all the needed documents and materials for the Arrival and Departure of clients and ensure that all are complete
- Manage the office supplies and petty cash/gas allowance of the company
- Responsible for the influx and outflux of documents
- Responsible logistics of the company
- Provide administrative support for various departments
- Functions as liaison from time to time

Once assignees have selected a property, H2H takes over and work on negotiating and reviewing lease agreement until completion.
