Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Acts as Document Processor of assigned projects.
- Receives docket folders from Sales Acceptance Unit.
- Checks and validates acceptability of submitted buyers documents endorsed by Accounts Servicing
- Prepares and prints CTS and DAS and collates all necessary annexes and supporting documents attached to it
- Coordinates with Finance for the release of CTS Clearace in preparation for CTS notarization
- Prepares docket folders in preparation for CTS and DAS endorsement to Legal for notarization
- Dispatches turnover kit folders and ensures completeness of its attachment prior to endorsement to Handover Unit
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Required skill(s): sales administration, Sales Documentation.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Mandaluyong City.
- Preferably with work background in real estate.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
