Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Collect and encode lease status data
- Prepare monthly leasing reports (tenant sales and occupancy report)
- Prepares presentation materials for Opcom presentations
- Assist the lease officer in the preparation of lease offers, floor plans, and other documents for lease proposals
- Provides admin support by ensuring that all office equipment are operational, office supplies are available, and also by booking venues for dept meetings.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Humanities/Liberal Arts or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
