Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- To provide customer service to a high standard by maintaining all the policies developed and set by the company.
- To support all team members in the company by liaising on all customer matters to a level of excellence agreed with KTM.
- To carry out mechanical and electrical repair, service work, efficiently and safely completing repair work to the manufacturer’s standards and customer’s satisfaction.
- To participate in the marketing of the technical department through effective promotions and customer contact to enhance the reputation of the dealership and KTM.
- To participate in the achievement of retail, Internal, Trade and Warranty labour sales volume, and productive efficiency to planned targets.
- To identify / find additional service work and report to the Technical / Service manager in order to assist the department to reach its financial targets.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Must be a motorcycle rider with technical skills in repair and maintenance
- Graduate of TESDA or university graduate preferred
- With at least 2 years of related experience
- With Professional Driver’s License
- Excellent knowledge of English, as well as in-depth knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, required
- Results-, service- and details-oriented, analytical, excellent interpersonal skills, honest, can function well under pressure and can handle multiple tasks
