- Organize and coordinate sales representative schedules
- Work with sales team
- Understand customer needs
- Receive and report on all sales leads
- Meet all sales quotas and goals
- Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals
- Evaluate the performance of the sales team
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Experience in Sales and Marketing required
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Demonstrated and proven sales results;
- Ability to assess customers’ needs and provide a correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience;
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
