To perform desk related functions including but not limited to checking guests in and out, making room reservations, giving recommendations and providing assistance.
Responsible for accepting and organizing reservations of all incoming guests; review payments of guest's hotel bills; will act as custodian of change funds and collections; will handle inquiries and do telemarketing.
Requirements:
