We're looking for a Front Desk Officer to join our growing team. Get a chance to work in several hotel brands in Cagayan de Oro and in Cebu!
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Meet and greet guests during check in and check out.
- Assist guests' requests and inquiries on tours.
- Acknowledge guests' complaints.
- Assign rooms to each guest and input guest information.
- Communicate with related departments such as housekeeping, security, and management.
- Manage hotel inventory to avoid overbooking or walk-in guests.
