Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- The Associate , Tax Management will assist the Regional Lead and Assistant Team Lead, Tax Management in preparing monthly/quarterly/yearly tax returns and involve in day-to-day tax advisory work for his/her specific country
- Preparation of tax computations and submission of tax returns to the respective Tax Authorities.
- Support on tax questions during negotiations with customers and suppliers, if any
- Preparation of GST/VAT, WHT and income tax declarations
- Minimal interaction with local Tax authorities in case of queries or tax audits
- Ensure that all types of corporate tax returns are filed on time to avoid any imposition of penalties
- Some interaction with local Tax authorities in case of queries or tax audits
- Some involvement in Operations matters and link them to the local tax compliance requirements
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelors degree in accounting or finance or any equivalent degree is preferred
- Ability to meet tight deadline with minimum supervision
- Resourceful, proactive and self-driven, initiative
- Able to work in a fast-driven and dynamic work environment
- Analytical mindset with ability to find good ways of combining tax legislation and business needs where needed
- Good negotiation skills and good experience in dealing with tax authorities
- Good theoretical and practical background with taxes. A proven track record as Tax Consultant with a major accounting firm/major international corporation/startup corporation
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Relevant finance or legal degree combined with extended training in tax legislation
- With at least 3 years’ experience as professional Tax advisor
