Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Work closely with the sales team and merchants ensuring merchants partners are onboarded successfully for GrabPay and/or GrabRewards
- Identify and immediately flag any relevant issues that would potentially delay merchants’ launch.
- Review and encode Merchant details and documents for systems onboarding
- Consistently liaise with procurement team and vendors to ensure timely delivery of collaterals.
- Arrange or deliver as necessary GrabPay merchant kits to merchant stores
- Conduct Merchant application trainings to successfully onboarded merchants

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills & soft skills; and able to customize presentations and communication based on the needs of the other parties.
- Detailed Oriented and able to screen data based on any pre-set requirements provided
- Meticulous, organized, able to multitask and adapt quickly to all kinds of situations
- Self-motivated, highly organized, able to work independently and under pressure
- Able to work in dynamic and fast paced environment and to meet critical deadlines
- Able to plan and prioritize tasks effectively
