GrabFood Intern  

GrabFood is one of the fastest growing verticals in Grab, the region’s largest start-up. As an intern, you will be asked to assist the GrabFood team in the planning and execution of initiatives related to business development, analytics, account management, sales, content, collections, and special projects.

You will get the opportunity to interact with other departments as well as regional counterparts. You will be exposed to multiple facets of the business in a limited capacity, but contributions made, if successful, will resonate throughout the business.

The day-to-day activities:

• Setting objectives and defining a work plan with your assigned manager around your internship timeline
• Auditing and improving systems and processes integral to day-to-day operations
• Managing and executing projects with real business impact
• Assisting with product rollouts for higher adoption and efficiency
• Building dashboards and streamlining reports for certain team functions

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s/Post-Graduate Degree in relevant field with a strong academic track record
• Can effectively communicate in English and Filipino
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is required
• Competent in quantitative analyses and problem-solving
• Able to make key business decisions and provide rigorous, data-driven recommendations
• Comfortable working in a semi-structured environment and organisation that changes frequently
• A self-starter and independent learner who takes the initiative to challenge the status quo
• Good interpersonal skills and can work with people at all levels with the ability to motivate and empower
