Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Assist the GrabShuttle Manager to: Conduct business development & partnership deals. Plan and execute for vehicular supply and pax acquisition initiatives. Conduct route discovery for new shuttle trips.
- Business Development & Partnership: Meet new people and develop business connection. Analyse and propose win-win business proposal for partners and own team. Articulate logical proposal paper to submission.
- Supply & Pax Acquisition: Analyse the cost of supply, understand the pros and cons, and seek new alternatives to improve the bottom-line if required. Plan and execute marketing campaigns to keep existing pax and acquire new ones.
- Financial: Compile business data. Tracking of budget. Tracking of business performance.
- People: Work with diverse business stakeholder.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Must have a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- With 1-3 years’ experience in a business environment, preferably in a strategic or business operations role.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Economics or statistics background would be a plus
- With strong writing and communication
- With strong writing and communication skills
- With strong excel and power point skills
- Ability or willingness to use tools such as LeanPlum & MailChimp.
- Willingness to learn & ability to adapt is a big plus
- Team player able to work with external supplier and own team
- Effective communicator – verbal and written
