- Plan out priority partners to pursue, in line with overall GrabFood strategy
- Strategise on partnership model and content, with help of internal data
- Engage prioritised partners for discussion, structuring and negotiation
- Work closely with internal product team and marketing operations team to execute deals
- Assist team members periodically with introductions or brain storms
- Engage with Partnership counterparts in leading F&B brands
- Collaborate with country BD team to align on strategy and partnership targets
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor (or above) degree in Business/ Management or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships or equivalent role, with team management experience
- Experience in F&B industry is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
- Ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs
- Ability to fuse business, strategy, finance and legal concepts to execute complex, multi-faceted deals
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organisations
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
